Uma Visão Diferente da Restante Saga

Este é, sem sombra de dúvida, o livro que mais me surpreendeu da saga. Sendo o Chaol o personagem que menos me chamava à atenção e parecia o arquétipo de nice guy, não esperava gostar de um segmento da estória que se foca nele. No entanto, o livro surpreendeu-me pela positiva. A estória desenvolve bastante e, não querendo dar spoilers, descobrimos pontos cruciais que começam a completar o puzzle que é Throne of Glass. Adicionalmente, é agradável vermos o decorrer da ação num país fora do contexto Ocidental, sermos apresentados apresentados a um cenário menos industrializado e Oriental. Em conclusão, achei interessante interiorizar que a ação de "Tower of Dawn" decorre em simultâneo com "Empire of Storms". Continuo, no entanto, a acreditar que seria mais interessante fazer uma tandem read dos dois livros, embora o livro por si só seja bom.
