SOBRE O AUTOR
Peter James
Peter James estudou em Charterhouse, e depois na escola de cinema. Viveu nos Estados Unidos durante vários anos, onde trabalhou como argumentista e produtor de filmes (os seus projectos incluíam a galardoada série Dead of the Night), antes de regressar a Inglaterra.
Os seus romances anteriores, incluindo o best-seller Possession, foram traduzidos em 26 línguas. Todos os seus livros reflectem um profundo interesse pela medicina, a ciência e o paranormal. Recentemente produziu vários filmes, incluindo O Mercador de Veneza, protagonizado por Al Pacino, Jeremy Irons e Joseph Fiennes; e The Bridge of San Luis Rey, com Robert de Niro, Kathy Bates e Harvey Keitel.
