The Third World And The Rich Countries

Presents proposals to promote co-operation between the world's poor and rich countries in combating the growing poverty and unemployment which exists in both areas. The authors suggest a type of Marshall Plan in which increased aid to poor countries would stimulate economies of the rich countries.
