Rupi Kaur
Rupi Kaur nasceu em 1992 em Punjab, na Índia e emigrou com os pais para Toronto quando tinha quatro anos. Ainda em criança começou a desenhar e a pintar e também a escrever poemas e mensagens para os amigos.
Rupi Kaur é poeta, artista e performer. Aos 21 anos ainda na universidade escreveu, ilustrou e publicou em edição de autor a sua primeira coletânea de poemas, leite e mel. Seguiu-se o irmão artístico desse livro, o sol e as suas flores. As suas coletâneas de poemas venderam mais de 10 milhões de exemplares e foram traduzidas em mais de 40 línguas.
