* Blodeuwedd, the fourth branch of the Mabingion is one of the most famous and rich of the medieval Welsh tales. It has kings who can't walk on the ground, rapists who are condemned to change into the beasts of the forest, a young boy cursed by his mother and a wizard who conjures a wife made of flowers for his nephew.
