Jessica Stern é docente na Universidade de Harvard e especialista em terrorismo e armas de destruição maciça. É investigadora convidada no FXB Center for Health and Human Rights, da School of Public Health Universidade de Harvard. É membro da Task Force on National Security and Law, da Hoover Institution/Universidade de Stanford, e pertenceu ao Conselho Nacional de Segurança do presidente Bill Clinton.
