Eunice Goes nasceu em Bruxelas em 1971. Desde 1996, vive em Londres, tendo-se doutorado em Ciência Política na London School of Economics and Political Science, onde trabalha como investigadora e docente universitária. É correspondente para a imprensa portuguesa, primeiro para o Diário de Noticias, e, desde 2001, para o semanário Expresso.
