Peter And The Bear

Based on a true story from World War II, a group of soldiers adopt an orphaned bear and as he grows he is granted an officer's commission. Private Wojtek finds himself helping to carry armaments. There is a happy ending, as the soldiers are reunited with their families and Wojtek finds a new home in Edinburgh zoo after the war.
