Loola-Bell Dean lives a happy, creative life. She is home-schooled and spends her days playing outdoors and learning how to care for the environment. She particularly loves her sewing box and spends many hours reusing fabric to make clothes, bags, and toys for her brother and his animals. One day, Loola-Bell receives some very sad news.
