Economic Effects Of Trade Unions In Japan

Examining whether trade unions in Japan contributed to raising wages, productivity and firm's performance, this work investigates who in Japan joins trade unions and whether there is a difference in employee satisfaction level, wage levels, and labour turnover between union and non-union members.
