Direct Processing Of Long Fiber Reinforced Thermoplastic Composites And Their Mechanical Behavior Under Static And Dynamic Load

Investigates the influence of fibre length especially on fatigue behaviour of thermoplastic composites. The processing influences on fibre length of composites during injection molding compounding are analysed and quantified. It is thus shown how to directly influence fibre length in the composite.
