Belinda Raitt

Belinda acredita firmemente em moldar a sua própria vida, viver autenticamente, na cura poder da natureza, ioga, comer verduras e ser verde. Uma transformação pessoal, treinadora, terapeuta natural e professora de yoga, com mestrado em Psicologia, nasceu em Paris e morou em França, Itália, Holanda, Escócia e Inglaterra. Em 2018 cresceu e deixou a vida no Reino Unido e veio para Portugal e criou uma nova.
Durante o processo, passou muito tempo na natureza, muito tempo a fazer (e ensinar) ioga, muito tempo a meditar e (re)descobriu quem era e quem deveria ser, o que ela não era e como ela não deveria ser. O seu propósito é ajudar outras pessoas a encontrarem o seu propósito, fazer a diferença para os outros, para que coletivamente cada um possa fazer a diferença um para o outro. Os seus poemas são a expressão dela, reflexões de como entende o universo.
