Carrier Attack Darwin 1942

In February 1942, just weeks after they had devastated Pearl Harbor, the Japanese carrier force hit the northern Australian port of Darwin in the largest ever Japanese attack in the South Pacific. Australian and American defenders fought back bravely against overwhelming odds.
