4.5 stars Okay, wow!! I wasn’t expecting to love this book so much! After reading the Kingdom of the Wicked trilogy I wasn’t sure about my feelings towards Envy, but now??? I love him!! Camilla was such an amazing main character I adored being inside her head! She kept surprising me with her actions and I lived for it. The chemistry between them was phenomenal!!! The banter and snarky quips were the perfect amount of flirty and sarcastic. The payoff of the slow burn was more than worth it! I just love Envy and Camilla together, truly a match made in Hell <3 The plot was engaging, the characters flawed and fascinating. I also liked how this book expanded the world by adding the vampires and the Fae into the story. I was on the edge of my seat the entire time! It was nearly impossible to put down. It’s not a 5 star read because I feel like the beginning was very slow and I guessed some of the twists. However, I still had a blast reading it and it gave me all of the butterflies!!
