Dark romance mas torna o livro o mais sexista possível

Temos noção que o Dark romance por si só é um dos infinitos ‘géneros’ de literatura que faz qualquer pessoas questionar moralidades. Quando leio livros assim tento também moderar os meus julgamentos. No entanto, neste caso não consegui ficar imparcial. Principalmente porque existe uma cena que a Summer necessita de apoio e tudo aquilo que ele faz é dizer-lhe que a roupa que ela vestiu foi exatamente aquilo que proporcionou a situação. Como assim? É um romance bully também, por isso não esperem borboletas e abraços. E claro, tem seiscentas páginas de adivinhem o quê? Smut. Portanto se esse for o vosso tipo de livro, boa. Aconselho. Se não for, também pensem duas vezes antes de o ler, porque não tenho a certeza se este livro seria aquele que poderia mudar a vossa opinião sobre o género.

Apesar de não ser o meu livro favorito da Monica Murphy é sem dúvida um dos livros que me entreteu mais. Estava constantemente curiosa com o que os personagens principais iam fazer a seguir e como (e, também, quando) iam finalmente perceber que gostavam um do outro. Foi uma leitura super leve e que me surpreendeu em alguns pontos. Quem gosta da Monica Murphy e da sua escrita vai, sem dúvida, adorar este.
