Iain Pears

Iain Pears é historiador de arte, romancista e jornalista. Nasceu em Coventry, no Reino Unido, e atualmente vive em Oxford com a família.
Antes de se dedicar à escrita, fez reportagens para vários canais, como os britânicos BBC e Channel 4, e o alemão ZDF. Entre 1982 e 1990, foi correspondente da Reuters em diversos países.
