Maja Lunde

Maja Lunde fez sua estreia literária em 2012 com o romance infantil Over Grensen, um thriller passado em 1942, onde os judeus "Sarah" e "Daniel" tentam escapar dos nazis durante a ocupação alemã da Noruega, e encontrar seu caminho para a Suécia neutral. É um dos autores mais conhecidos da Noruega na literatura internacional. Escreveu dez livros infantis e para jovem adulto. Em 2018 o seu livro infantil "The Snow Sister", tornou-se um dos maiores sucessos literários da Noruega em décadas. "A História das Abelhas" foi seu primeiro romance para adultos, sendo que, até agora, os direitos de edição foram vendidos para 35 países e recebeu vários prêmios, incluindo o prestigiado, prémio norueguês Booksellers, tendo sido livro mais vendido na Alemanha em 2017. O seu segundo romance "Azul", o segundo livro do tetralogia sobre o clima, foi publicado em outubro de 2017 e tem já 20 edições internacionais.
