Neste momento sinto-me um pouco subjetiva, visto que já acabei esta trilogia à algum tempo, por isso não vos revelarei se sou team Maxon ou team Aston. Neste segundo livro é bem perceptível que o enredo não é só rapaz conhece rapariga, rapaz apaixona-se. O sistema das castas não é perfeito e América percebe o quão imperfeito é, e a sua origem. É nos apresentada também a origem de Maxon, e OH MEU DEUS se eu não queria um príncipe assim só para mim. Se gostaram do primeiro livro desta trilogia sem dúvida vão adorar o segundo.
