The Dynamics Of Foreign Policy Analysis

Using the case of the neutron bomb, this text examines the development of a dynamic theory of foreign policy analysis during the Carter administration. It argues that the neutron bomb episode provided a unique opportunity for an analysis of internal executive branch decision-making.
