Eline Snel

Eline Snel trabalha como terapeuta desde 1980. Há mais de 20 anos que desenvolve programas de meditação e mindfulness. Em 2004, começou a dar cursos de mindfulness de oito semanas para adultos acompanhados pelos filhos e para educadores e profissionais de saúde. Eline é fundadora e proprietária da Academy for Mindful Teaching (AMT), Holanda, onde leciona o curso para crianças. O curso também é dado em numerosas escolas primárias da Holanda. Recentemente começou um projeto piloto que pretende alargar o leque e ensinar mindfulness nas escolas secundárias. O curso oferece aos profissionais a oportunidade de ensinar o Método Eline Snel a crianças e adolescentes dos 4 aos 19 anos. O Método é ainda ensinado na Bélgica, França e Alemanha.
