In some senses, She Lives There Still is an extension of Mary Leader's previous collection, in that it reinforces what PN Review described as "a mind that's acute, musical and subtle being brought to bear on everyday life." It also seeks to complicate any concept of the everyday to account for wisdom, but be warned, it is a peculiar wisdom.
