Sara Mesa

Sara Mesa nasceu em Madrid em 1976, mas ainda em criança passou a viver em Sevilha.
É autora de vários livros de ficção narrativa e de um ensaio, Silencio administrativo. O seu romance Cuatro por cuatro foi finalista do Prémio Herralde e Cicatriz foi distinguido com o prémio El Ojo Crítico de Narrativa. As suas obras Un incendio invisible, Cara de pan e Mala letra (contos) foram igualmente saudadas pela crítica.
O escritor Rafael Chirbes escreveu que "Sara Mesa está a construir uma literatura de alta voltagem, trabalhada com precisão de ourives".
O romance Um Amor, já editado pela Relógio D'Água, foi considerado pelos críticos do El País e do La Vanguardia o melhor livro publicado em Espanha em 2020.
