René Stauffer

René Stauffer was born in 1959 in Switzerland and has been a sports journalist since 1981. He has worked for newspapers Blick and Sport, and is currently the tennis correspondent for Tages-Anzeiger and of Sonntags-ZeitungHe began writing about Roger Federer in 1996 and has since followed the Swiss star around the world, covering more than seventy matches. Grand SlamsHe lives with his wife and daughter on the outskirts of Zurich, near Lake Constance.
