Reforming The Law Of The Sea Treaty

This work assesses the ocean mining provisions of the United Nations Law of the Sea Treaty. It discusses the origins of the treaty, the events leading to its rejection by the Reagan administration, modifications achieved and the implications for the United States if the Senate ratifies the treaty.
