With a background in Human Resources Management, Work Psychology, and Business Management, he also served as coordinator and professor in executive education programs at the Catholic University, the Autonomous University, and INA-National Institute of Administration.
He worked as an Executive in Sugarloaf Mountain, EDP and SIC and as a consultant for 38 companies in Portugal and abroad. He has contributed to the economic and regional press, namely, Economic Weekly, Business Journal and Downtown NewspaperHe chaired the National Organization and International Organizations in the Mediterranean and Latin American Region in the fields of Human Resources Management, training and development.
