This book is written in the first person and parallels the encounter one has as you enter a new culture - starting with "Eating Hong Kong" (by a nutritionist). The chapters, written primarily by Fulbright scholars working in Hong Kong on general education, bring both a disciplinary perspective and a great interest in general education or liberal arts curricula.
