ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Fábio Zugman

Fábio Zugman holds a degree in Computer Science from... Pontifical Catholic University of Paraná, and holds a Master's degree in Administration from Federal University of Paraná.
In his academic and professional life, he observed the difficulty that professionals with specific training had in dealing with simple, everyday issues in their professional practice. He discovered that many problems had simple solutions, which unfortunately remained locked within the "fiefdom" of management scholars. From a very early age, he understood that to be a good manager, one had to get used to seeing things from the perspective of the most diverse interlocutors – a habit that, as this book shows, is fundamental for anyone who wants to manage their business.
In an effort to understand and assimilate the values of other cultures, he studied other languages - English, French, Hebrew, and Chinese - and traveled through China, Thailand, Egypt, and Jordan, among other countries.
