ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Michael Gregorio

Michael Gregorio is the pseudonym created by the couple Daniela De Gregorio and Michael G. Jacob, married since 1980. They live in Spoleto, a small town in Umbria, Central Italy. Daniela is a philosophy professor, and Michael, also a professor, teaches English and History of Photography. The success they had with the publication of their first novel led them to continue the series of psychological thrillers revolving around the character of magistrate Hanno Stiffeniis. A Critique of Criminal Reason (2006), Days of Atonement followed (2007), A Visible Darkness (2009) and Unholy Awakening (2010).
