Taylor Stevens is an award-winning American author whose books appear on the New York Times bestseller lists. Born in New York, Taylor was raised in various communes around the globe, within a 1960s religious cult called Children of God.
She was separated from her family at the age of twelve and was not allowed to attend school beyond the sixth grade.
