Howard Behar

Howard Behar começou a sua colaboração com a Starbucks em 1989, como executivo sénior, quando a empresa tinha apenas 28 lojas. Ocupou cargos como vice-presidente do Departamento Comercial, presidente da Starbucks International e presidente da Starbucks EUA. Sob a sua liderança, a Starbucks tornou-se uma das multinacionais com maior presença em todo o mundo e uma das marcas mais reconhecidas dos nossos dias. Reformou-se em 2003, embora tenha permanecido como membro do conselho da administração da empresa até 2008. É um conferencista especializado na área de liderança pessoal e empresarial e dedica bastante do seu tempo ao trabalho com instituições de solidariedade social. Vive em Seattle com a mulher, Lynn.
