Hothouse

Collection of poems published in 2002 in Australia. These flower poems focus not on the alienation of humans from the plant world, but instead their similarities. It sees the grafting of the organic world onto the personal, the emotional, and the sexual, in a language which is 'bluntly luscious' and 'pruned' into deceptively simple, short lines.
