Dav Pilkey

Dav Pilkey criou as suas primeiras histórias aos quadradinhos quando andava na escola primária.
Em 1997, escreveu e ilustrou o seu primeiro livro para crianças, As Aventuras do Capitão Cuecas, que obteve críticas entusiásticas e foi de imediato um grande êxito de vendas.
Dav escreveu vários outros livros ilustrados que receberam prémios, incluindo The Paperboy e a série Dumb Bunnies. Em 2002, Dav publicou As Aventuras do Superbebé Fraldinha.

Quando não está a criar livros para as crianças, Dav adora andar de caiaque na região do Pacífico noroeste com a mulher.
