Caminhar III

Joaquim Armindo Pinto de Almeida was born on May 3, 1949, and is a native of Vila Nova de Gaia.
Post-Doctoral Researcher in Theology, Faculty of Theology, Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo; Professor with a Doctorate in Ecology, Environmental Health and Sustainability, Master's degree in Quality Management, Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Bachelor's degree in Religious Studies, in Environmental Management, Integrated Management Systems, Postgraduate degree in Safety and Health, Environmental Health.
He served as Director of the SEPSA Professional Training Center, Director of the Quality, Environment, and Health and Safety Department at CENFIM, Visiting Professor at the Lusófona University of Porto; and Coordinating Auditor at APCER.
Columnist for the newspapers Voz Portucalense, Maia Hoje, Notícias da Maia, Primeira Mão, O Maiato, Servir en Las Periferias, 7Margens, Boletín Ameríndia and Rádio Sharon (Brazil). He contributed chronicles and poems to other newspapers such as Diário do Norte, Diário de Lisboa, Jornal de Gaia, CINFORMANDO, Jornal Esboço, for which he was responsible - banned in May 1970 by the defunct Censorship Commission -, Juventude and Jornal Opinião.
Permanent Deacon of the Diocese of Porto.
