ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Guy Delisle

Guy Delisle was born in Quebec in 1966. His experience as an animation supervisor, in Asia, provided the material to be Shenzhen and Pyongyang (L'Association, 2001 and 2003, respectively). Edited in 2007 Burmese Chronicles (Burmese Chronicles) and in 2011 Jerusalem Chronicles, both published by Delcourt. The latter earned him the Fauve D’Or award for best album in Angoulême in 2012.
