Antony Beevor

Antony Beevor is a university professor, military historian, and writer. He studied at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst and served in the 11th Hussars Regiment of the British Army. In 2014, he received the Pritzker Literature Award for Lifetime Achievement in Military Writing, awarded by the Pritzker Military Museum and Library and, in 2016, to Norton Medlicott Medal for Service to HistoryIn 2017, he was knighted. New Year's Honor List.
