Roberto Calasso

Roberto Calasso (1941-2021) foi um editor, escritor e ensaísta italiano. Em 1962 junta-se à recém-criada Adelphi, onde trabalha ininterruptamente e da qual se torna diretor editorial em 1971 e diretor-geral em 1990. A partir de 1999, torna-se presidente da editora. Paralelamente à sua atividade editorial, Calasso desenvolve uma carreira como escritor e ensaísta. Nas suas obras, indaga os mitos e o passado para investigar o presente do ser humano.
