Este segundo volume traz uma nova perspectiva sobre a Persephone. É irritante, humana, adorável… dependendo da página. A vida pessoal dela, após os acontecimentos do primeiro volume, sofre diversas mudanças e aqui vemos a maneira como ela lida com tudo isso. Infelizmente o Hades não está tão presente (para mais... ler o POV dele) aqui mas temos evolução sobre a relação da deusa com outros deuses como Hermes e Hecate.
