Christopher William Hill

Christopher William Hill (1970-) é um autor inglês extremamente reconhecido, a quem foram atribuídos os prémios Peter Tinniswood Award e BBC Radio & Music Award. Na sua experiência de escrita para crianças conta-se a participação, por duas vezes, no prestigiado Connections Project do Teatro Nacional Inglês.
A sua primeira peça Multiplex (2003) teve mais de quarenta produções por grupos juvenis no Reino Unido e Internacionalmente. Heartbreak Beautiful (2009) foi apresentada no National Theatre, e para além das 16 produções que teve no Reino Unido, foi também apresentada no Brasil. Escreveu ainda Ittullkyllyooiffyoodoo, uma peça para crianças em idade pré-escolar.
É autor de vários livros, tendo a sua série Contos de Schwartzgarten obtido grande reconhecimento por parte da crítica e dos leitores juvenis.
