ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Timothy Radcliffe

Nascido em Londres, em 1945, é um dos mais notáveis autores cristãos contemporâneos, para além de biblista e teólogo.
Frade dominicano, formado em Oxford e Paris, é membro da comunidade de Blackfriars, em Oxford. Foi mestre-geral da Ordem dos Pregadores entre 1992 e 2001, sendo o único dominicano da Província Inglesa a exercer este cargo, desde a fundação da Ordem em 1216. Atualmente desempenha funções de docente em Oxford e de consultor do Pontifício Conselho «Justiça e Paz», sendo frequentemente solicitado para conferências e palestras em todo o mundo.
Autor de várias obras de espiritualidade e reflexão sobre os desafios da vida contemporânea, Radcliffe tem publicados, em Paulinas Editora, as seguintes:
