The young boy that readers met in Book 1 is still having run-ins with the groundskeeper of an old radio station at the ballpark where the boy plays baseball in South Jersey. But the question from last summer remains: Is this real, or is it all a dream? Events take an even darker turn than the previous summer. Kids are disappearing. And now there are so many more people involved that the young boy has a hard time determining who exactly is the bad guy. Is it the groundskeeper? Or is it someone else?
