Júlia Kristeva

Escritora búlgara, psicanalista e professora emérita da Universidade Paris Diderot-Paris 7, uma das mais importantes intelectuais da contemporaneidade, tendo o seu trabalho sobre a construção da linguagem poética sido um marco na formação do estruturalismo. Em 2012 foi convidada pelo Cardeal Gianfranco Ravasi para participar no espaço de diálogo entre crentes e não crente. É autora de mais de 30 obras, traduzidas em mais de 15 línguas, incluindo português. É membro titular da Sociedade de Psicanálise de Paris e Doutora Honoris Causa de várias Universidades nos Estados Unidos, Canadá e Europa. Comandante da Legião de Honra, Comandante da Ordem de Mérito e a primeira laureada do Prémio Holberg em 2004, foi também premiada com o Prémio Hannah Arendt em 2006 e o Prémio Vaclav Havel em 2008, ano em que fundou o Prémio Simone de Beauvoir para a Liberdade das Mulheres.
