Robert Crais

Robert Crais was born in Louisiana, United States of America. After a few years in amateur film production, he went to Hollywood, where he quickly found work writing scripts for popular television series such as Miami Vice, Blues from Rua da Colina, Cagney & Lacey and Cross of FireIn the 1980s, he decided to abandon his career as a screenwriter and television producer to dedicate himself to writing. In 1985, he created Elvis Cole, a character that catapulted him to success and contributed to... Monske's raincoat It was chosen as one of the 100 Favorite Mysteries of the Century by the Independent Mystery Bestsellers Association.
