Georgetown is abuzz with excitement when Hollywood actress, Natalie North arrives and announces she inherited "Borealis" and selling off its old furnishings and renovate the mansion. A local developer and a local radical church group are shocked and will do anything to prevent Natalie from renovating it instead of selling it.
