Pol Morillas é politólogo e diretor do Barcelona Centre for International Affairs. Doutorado em Ciência Política pela Universidade Autónoma de Barcelona e mestre em Relações Internacionais pela London School of Economics, trabalhou no Parlamento e no Conselho Europeu. Especialista em política externa e de segurança, geopolítica e estratégia, é autor de diversas obras, estudos e ensaios académicos. É professor associado na Universidade Autónoma de Barcelona lecionando Política Externa Europeia e Teoria das Relações Internacionais. É uma das vozes mais influentes na análise da política externa europeia.
