Martin Gilbert

Sir Martin Gilbert foi um dos mais prestigiados historiadores do mundo. Estudou História Moderna no Magdalen College, em Oxford, e é autor de várias obras marcantes.
Em 1968 sucedeu a Randolph Churchill como biógrafo oficial de Winston Churchill, e, além dos trabalhos sobre essa personalidade, publicou livros sobre o Holocausto, sobre a Primeira e a Segunda Guerra Mundiais e doze atlas históricos.
