The Revolt is the story of Kyle Slade, a high school senior seen as a thug and loner, though he is neither. He is misunderstood, but there are a few that believe in him, namely the girl of his dreams. During a homecoming pep rally, a group of aliens arrive through a portal and capture a number of them, intending to take the females to breed with their race. A few of the males go through the portal as well. Kyle makes contact with the natives of the new world and is seen as their messiah, destined to save them from the oppression of the aliens, to their world as well as his own, that took the people from Earth.
