Patrick Holford

Patrick Holford é formado em Psicologia Experimental. Interessado na bioquímica da doença mental, colaborou com alguns dos mais relevantes investigadores norte-americanos, incluindo o Dr. Linus Pauling, duplo vencedor do Prémio Nobel (Química e Paz), reconhecido pelo seu contributo para a saúde e para a longevidade.
Em 1984 fundou o Institute for Optimum Nutrition para a promoção da educação e da investigação em Nutrição, atualmente uma das mais respeitadas universidades de formação de nutricionistas clínicos.
