Pompo the Monkey must leave his family to find other monkeys, but he has one stop to make before he does. He wants to find treasure! He has no idea where it is or what kind of treasure it could be, but all the animals are saying that it is treasure fit for a king. He has some competition as he is not the only one on the treasure hunt. And the road ahead is long and dangerous. What if he doesn’t find the treasure? Is the treasure more important than finding a new family? Is the treasure more important than his survival?

This motivational story about hopes, dreams and overcoming adversities is meant to inspire young children who are experiencing being separated from family and trying to figure out where they fit in.
