Sheila Norton nasceu e cresceu em Essex, Inglaterra. Adora ler, caminhar, nadar, sair para se divertir e estar com a família e os amigos.
Depois de, ao longo de anos, vários contos publicados, sobretudo em revistas femininas, teve o seu primeiro livro editado em 2002.
Desde então recebeu vários primeiros prémios em concursos literários e os seus romances foram já publicados em várias línguas.
