A journalist, writer, and advertising professional, he holds a master's degree in Education, Art, and Culture from Mackenzie University, and has also studied New Media at MIT (USA) and Leadership at INSEAD, France. He is a member of the board of PENSA at the University of São Paulo, founder and advisor of the Brazilian Association of Rural Marketing and Agribusiness, and president of the board of ABL and Sindilistas. He collaborates with several prominent media outlets and is the author of several best-selling books on marketing and sales. He was elected one of the six best speakers in Brazil, receiving the Top of Mind award from human resources professionals.
